Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with us is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by phone, fax or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.)

Finding Items

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. A keyword search box is located on the top of our page. You can also browse products directly through our categories which are listed on the top of our site. When you find an item that interests you, click the title, name or picture of the item to see its detailed product information page. Here you will find more information about the item, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our distribution center.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from us, click the "Add to shopping cart" button on the item's product information page (or the small "add to cart" link that can be found on other product listing pages). Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, a new page will be displayed with confirmation. You can now continue browsing for other products if you like. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "my cart" icon at the top of every page of our website.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Signing In

If you are a returning customer and not yet logged in you can enter your customer account e-mail address as well as your password. To register as a new customer simply enter your e-mail address and the country you are located. Further address details will have to be provided during the checkout.

Enter your shipping details You can now enter your shipping address as well as some other details. Further you can set your password which will complete your customer registration. Your e-mail address and password combination will be the key for logging in once returning back to us any other time.

Review your address details Verify your address details once again, carefully. The telephone number is required for courier shipments and only of advantage when entered correctly. Your address details can be changed if any mistake is found.

Select a payment method Chose your preferred payment method. us is accepting the most common payment methods, such as payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Money Orders or Bank Checks Review and Submit Your Order Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "confirmation of order" button to submit your order. If you have selected the credit card payment method, you will be able to enter your card details now. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
